After you place an order on our website or mobile application (together, referred to as the “platform”), we will ship out your order within 24 business hours of receiving confirmation of your order.

The order will be delivered in five to seven working days after it is shipped. Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen situations at the places where the delivery is to take place.

It should be noted that if our courier services do not cover your location, there may be a delay in the delivery of your order.

If the address you gave when placing the order is incomplete or inaccurate, you will be responsible for taking delivery of the item and arranging for appropriate coordination with the delivery partner or staff, should they phone the number you supplied.

It is also stated that if you are not available at the delivery site, your address is incorrect, or your phone number is not operational at the time of delivery attempt, there will be a minimum of two attempts at delivery. We’ll designate your order as RTO (Return to Origin).

Your refund will be started in accordance with our refund policy as soon as we get your placed order that has been marked as RTO.

If the order value >= INR. 1000 => Delivery Charges = INR 180

If the delivery value between INR. 500-1000 => Delivery Charges = INR 200
